“The more warships the US moves [to the region], the more threatened Iran is going to feel and there is more chance of triggering some kind of mistake,” explains Patricia DeGennaro, professor of politics at New York University.

She says the act of sending more warships to the region is a dangerous game of “dare”.

Ynetnews reported in their article, “US operated deep in Iran, trained assassins,” that, “the New Yorker reported over the weekend that the US trained members of the Iranian opposition group Mujahideen-e-Khalq. According to previous reports, Israel has been cooperating with the group, which allegedly carried out hits on Iranian nuclear scientists.” Ynetnews also reported that US officials doubt Iran is or will be developing nuclear weapons, as has been claimed to justify years of sanctions, covert subversion, terrorism, and unprovoked attacks by the West against Iran.

The latest hit piece on Iran came out earlier this week saying since 2005, 13 people associated with the Iranian government were seen and detained for“taking pictures of New York city landmarks.”

Mitchell Silber, the NYPD’s director of intelligence analysis, told Congress that New York’s international significance as a terror target and its large Jewish population make the city a likely place for Iran and Hezbollah to strike.

So let me get this straight. 13 people, in 7 years, taking photos of New York landmarks. It’s obvious that Iran is planning something big! Six of them were stopped on, gasp! choke! wait for it…………SIGHT SEEING CRUISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you look at the story linked, the second to last paragraph in that article says,

“In January, James Clapper, the top U.S. intelligence official, said some Iranian officials are probably “more willing to conduct an attack in the United States in response to real or perceived U.S. actions that threaten the regime.”

But my favorite part is the last sentence,

But government officials have said there are no known or specific threats indicating Iranian plans to attack inside the U.S.

So remember people, Iran is “more willing to conduct an attack in response to real or perceived U.S. actions that threaten them.”, but there are also no known threats indicating Iran. will. attack. America.

Be afraid my sheep, be very afraid!

A small group of anti-war activists in Utah hopes that a billboard with the words “Bomb Iran” will get people to stop and think twice about waging a new war.

More people need to do this. Someone wanna go in on a billboard with me?

“A nuclear Iran would be destabilizing,” declare “serious” Middle  East analysts and Western policy makers. This assertion is fundamentally wrong and anti-historical.
Are they living in the world I’m living in? The biggest destabilizing  countries in the Middle East are Israel, the  United States, England, and Saudi Arabia.

TEHRAN – The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has set conditions on the biggest oil firms in Britain and France for buying Iranian crude.

The NIOC managing director said France’s Total and the UK’s Shell and BP will be subject to the conditions if they wish to purchase oil from Iran.

In essence ladies and gentelmen,  THIS is what I like to call “Suck It” diplomacy. Iran is basically saying “Stop insulting us with sanctions. We want to sell you oil, but now we have to have you sign an agreement that states you have to buy crude from us for a while, you must pay for that crude, and you can’t get out of the contract”.

I can’t blame them. Business is business.

Is it just me, or is it fantastic when the media actually do their job and ask questions that make our leaders squirm? If all media was truly honest, would the Iraq and Afghanistan wars have happened? Libya? Would we be able to avoid the coming dangers of a senseless war with Iran?

I can’t say for sure, but I truly believe that the answer would be YES!!!!!
